How to Exchange

Step One

Just join our Kiddo Kredits Exchange program. Once you're enrolled and complete your first exchange, your Kredits will be automatically added to your account. You can then start shopping online or in-store right away!

Step Two

Place your exchange items in a bag and deliver them in person to our store during business hours. Alternatively, you can post these items to 55 Lively Street, Ripley QLD 4306

Items eligible for Kiddo Kredits include the following:

• Clothing sizes 00000 – 5 (Excluding Singlets)

• Sleep sacks

• Blankets & Swaddles

• Clean Shoes

• Hats

• Costumes

We only accept clothing that is:

• Freshly washed

• In good used condition with plenty of life left

• Odor-free

• We cannot accept items that are damaged, stained, ripped, have pilling, missing buttons, or broken zips.​

Items to donate that aren't eligible for Kiddo Kredits 

• Shoes

• Singlets

• Accessories

• Postpartum supplies

• Toys (very good condition, no damage or missing parts)

• Bulky baby items (please contact us first)

• Unused baby products (nappies, wipes, formula, bottles, toiletries)

Step Three

We will assess each item individually.

To receive your Kiddo Kredits you must pay a small exchange fee before any Kredits will be added to your account. In the case of no payment, items will be considered as a donation.

• 5 – 20 ITEMS $15

• 21 – 50 ITEMS $20

• 51 – 75 ITEMS $30

• 75 – 100 ITEMS $35

• 100-120 ITEMS $40​​

Step Four

Once you have paid the exchange fee your items will be then processed within 24 to 48 hours. The amount credited is dependent on the items you have exchanged. Our team will then price the exchanged items for sale within the store to which you will receive 60% back in the form of Kiddo Kredits.

Step Five

​Now it is time to shop! You can use your Kredits online or in-store!

• Kiddo Kredits can be used as a discount towards future purchases on selected items on our website or in-store. Please note not all items in store are available to purchase using Kiddo Kredits.

• Credits are redeemable at $1 for every 1 Kiddo Kredit.

• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred to other members.

• Credits can be applied at checkout, based on the available balance in your account.
