How to Exchange

Step One

Just join our Kiddo Kredits Exchange program. Once you're enrolled and complete your first exchange, your Kredits will be automatically added to your account. You can then start shopping in-store right away!

Step Two

We are looking for clean, quality and saleable baby and children’s clothing.

Items should be:

● Clean and freshly washed

● In excellent, good or very good condition

● Free from stains, holes and significant damage

● Free from excessive wear or fading

● Suitable for the current season where possible

● From brands and styles that meet our resale requirements

Our team carefully selects each item, so not every item brought in will necessarily be accepted.

ITEMS WE DO NOT ACCEPT FOR KIDDO KREDITS

The following items are not eligible for Kiddo Kredits:

● Shein

● Temu

● PatPat

● Kmart basics

● Bodysuits

● Singlets

● Items that are stained, damaged or heavily worn

● Items that do not meet our quality or resale requirements

Step Three

We will assess each item individually.

To receive your Kiddo Kredits you must pay a small exchange fee before any Kredits will be added to your account. In the case of no payment, items will be considered as a donation.

• 5 – 20 ITEMS $15

• 21 – 50 ITEMS $20

• 51 – 75 ITEMS $30​

• 76 - 100ITEMS $40​​

Step Four

Once you have paid the exchange fee your items will be then processed within 24 to 48 hours. The amount credited is dependent on the items you have exchanged. Our team will then price the exchanged items for sale within the store to which you will receive 60% back in the form of Kiddo Kredits.

Step Five

​Now it is time to shop! You can use your Kredits in-store!

• Kiddo Kredits can be used as a discount towards future purchases on selected items in-store. Please note not all items in store are available to purchase using Kiddo Kredits.

• Credits are redeemable at $1 for every 1 Kiddo Kredit.

• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred to other members.

• Credits can only be applied at checkout, based on the available balance in your account.
