KIDDOS KLOSET EXCHANGE PROGRAM & KIDDO KREDITS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 1 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Kiddos Kloset Exchange Program and the use of Kiddo Kredits.

By submitting items to the Exchange Program, creating a Kiddo Kredits account or using Kiddo Kredits, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the Kiddos Kloset Exchange Program and receive Kiddo Kredits, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have or create a Kiddos Kloset customer account.
Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Use the Exchange Program and Kiddo Kredits for personal use only.

The Exchange Program is not available to resellers or competing businesses.

Only one Kiddo Kredits account is permitted per individual. Accounts and Kiddo Kredits cannot be transferred or shared.

2. THE EXCHANGE PROGRAM

The Kiddos Kloset Exchange Program allows customers to submit eligible pre-loved baby and children’s clothing for assessment.

Accepted items earn Kiddo Kredits that can be used towards eligible future purchases at Kiddos Kloset.

Submitting an item does not guarantee that it will be accepted or that Kiddo Kredits will be issued.

2.1 How the Exchange Program Works

Step 1 – Bring Your Items In

Bring clean, quality baby and children’s clothing to Kiddos Kloset during our advertised exchange times.

Step 2 – We Assess Your Items

Our team will assess the items and select pieces that meet our quality, condition, brand, style and resale requirements.

Step 3 – Pay the Processing Fee

A processing fee applies to each exchange and is based on the number of items submitted.

Step 4 – Receive Kiddo Kredits

For accepted items, you will receive 60% of the retail selling value determined by Kiddos Kloset in Kiddo Kredits.

1 Kiddo Kredit = $1

Your Kiddo Kredits will be recorded against your Kiddos Kloset account.

3. EXCHANGE PROCESSING FEES

The following processing fees apply:

5–20 items: $15
21–50 items: $20
51–75 items: $30
76–100 items: $40

A processing fee applies to every exchange and must be paid before Kiddo Kredits are issued.

Processing fees are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Kiddos Kloset may change its processing fees from time to time. The applicable fee will be the fee advertised at the time the items are submitted.

4. ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

We are looking for clean, quality and saleable baby and children’s clothing.

Items submitted should be:

Clean and freshly washed.
In excellent, very good or good condition.
Free from stains, holes and significant damage.
Free from excessive wear, fading or pilling.
Free from broken zips, missing buttons or other defects.
Suitable for the current season where possible.
From brands and styles that meet our resale requirements.
In a condition suitable for resale.

Kiddos Kloset carefully selects each item individually.

Not every item submitted will necessarily be accepted.

5. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR KIDDO KREDITS

The following items are not eligible to earn Kiddo Kredits:

Shein
Temu
PatPat
Kmart basics
Bodysuits
Singlets
Items that are stained, damaged or heavily worn
Items with excessive fading or pilling
Items that do not meet our quality, brand, condition or resale requirements

Kmart basics, bodysuits and singlets may be accepted as donations at our discretion but will not receive Kiddo Kredits.

Kiddos Kloset reserves the right to decline any item that does not meet our requirements.

6. ASSESSMENT OF ITEMS

All items submitted to the Exchange Program are subject to assessment and approval by Kiddos Kloset.

We consider factors including:

Brand
Condition
Style
Age
Season
Customer demand
Current market value
Expected resale value

Kiddos Kloset determines whether an item is suitable for resale and determines its retail selling value.

Our decision regarding acceptance and retail selling value is final, subject to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

7. EARNING KIDDO KREDITS

For each item accepted into the Exchange Program, Kiddos Kloset will determine a retail selling value.

You will receive 60% of that retail selling value in Kiddo Kredits.

Example

If Kiddos Kloset determines an item's retail selling value to be $20, you will receive - 12 Kiddo Kredits

1 Kiddo Kredit = $1 in store credit

Kiddo Kredits are issued only for items accepted into the Exchange Program.

Items that are declined do not earn Kiddo Kredits.

8. KIDDO KREDIT BALANCE LIMIT

The maximum Kiddo Kredit account balance is 300 Kiddo Kredits per member.

Once your balance reaches 300 Kiddo Kredits, no additional Kiddo Kredits will be added to your account until you have used enough of your existing balance to bring your account below the limit.

Customers are encouraged to check their existing Kiddo Kredit balance before submitting a new exchange.

Kiddos Kloset is not responsible where the value of accepted items would otherwise result in the customer's balance exceeding the 300 Kiddo Kredit limit.

9. USING KIDDO KREDITS

Kiddo Kredits may be redeemed against selected eligible products at Kiddos Kloset.

Eligible categories may include:

Baby and children’s clothing
Shoes
Toys

Not every product sold by Kiddos Kloset is necessarily eligible for purchase using Kiddo Kredits.

Kiddo Kredits:

Have a redemption value of $1 per Kiddo Kredit.
Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.
Cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Cannot be sold.
Cannot be used for Rent A Rack.
Cannot be used towards delivery or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
May only be used on products designated as eligible by Kiddos Kloset.

10. KIDDO KREDIT EXPIRY

Kiddo Kredits are valid for 12 months.

To keep your Kiddo Kredits active, you must use your Kiddos Kloset account within the applicable 12-month period.

Kiddo Kredits that remain unused after the applicable expiry period may expire and be removed from your account.

Customers can contact our team to check their current Kiddo Kredit balance and applicable expiry information.

11. DECLINED ITEMS

Items that do not meet our Exchange Program requirements will not receive Kiddo Kredits.

Customers are responsible for following any instructions provided by Kiddos Kloset regarding the collection, donation or handling of declined items.

Where a customer agrees for declined items to be donated, those items will not be returned and no Kiddo Kredits or other payment will be provided for them.

12. OWNERSHIP OF ITEMS

By submitting items to the Exchange Program, you confirm that:

You own the items or have authority from the owner to exchange them.
The items have not been stolen or unlawfully obtained.
You have the right to transfer ownership of accepted items to Kiddos Kloset.

Once an item has been accepted into the Exchange Program and Kiddo Kredits have been issued, ownership of that item transfers to Kiddos Kloset.

Accepted items cannot subsequently be reclaimed by the customer.

Kiddos Kloset may sell, discount, donate, recycle or otherwise deal with accepted items at its discretion.

13. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Customers are responsible for keeping their Kiddos Kloset account details accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

If you believe your account or Kiddo Kredits have been accessed or used without your permission, please contact Kiddos Kloset as soon as possible.

14. PROGRAM CHANGES

Kiddos Kloset may make reasonable changes to the Exchange Program or Kiddo Kredits program from time to time.

Changes may include:

Processing fees.
Eligible brands or products.
Items accepted for exchange.
The percentage of retail value provided as Kiddo Kredits.
Maximum Kiddo Kredit balances.
Redemption rules.
Expiry periods.
Exchange times or procedures.

Where appropriate, significant changes will be communicated through our website, social media, email or in-store.

Any changes will be subject to applicable Australian law.

15. MISUSE OF THE PROGRAM

Kiddos Kloset may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe a customer has:

Engaged in fraudulent activity.
Provided stolen or unlawfully obtained goods.
Created multiple accounts to avoid program limits.
Attempted to sell or transfer Kiddo Kredits.
Misused the Exchange Program.
Provided false or misleading information.
Otherwise materially breached these Terms & Conditions.

Any action taken under this section is subject to applicable Australian law.

16. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Exchange Program and Kiddo Kredits program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

Information may be used to:

Operate your Kiddos Kloset account.
Record and manage Kiddo Kredit balances.
Process exchanges.
Communicate with you regarding your account or exchanges.
Administer and improve the Exchange Program.

17. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Where these Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with a right that cannot legally be excluded, that statutory right will prevail.

18. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiddos Kloset will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Exchange Program or use of Kiddo Kredits.

Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Australian law.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any dispute relating to the Exchange Program or Kiddo Kredits will be dealt with in accordance with applicable Victorian and Australian law.
