Kiddo Kredits Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kiddo Kredits!

​

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the Kiddo Kredits Loyalty Program (“Program”) offered by Kiddo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Program.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Kiddo Kredits Loyalty Program, members must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Create an account on our website or through our in-store sign-up process.

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Kiddo Kredits are for personal use only - resellers or competing businesses are not eligible to use the program.

Only one account per individual is allowed, and accounts cannot be transferred or shared.

 

2. Earning Kiddo Kredits

 

2.1 Exchanging Second-Hand Baby Clothes

Members of the Program can earn Kiddo Kredits by exchanging in second-hand baby clothes & items. To qualify for credits, the items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be clean, free of stains, tears, or significant damage.

• Items must be from sizes 00000 to 5 (inclusive).

• Items must be gently used and, in a condition, suitable for resale or brand new

 

Items eligible for Kiddo Kredits include the following:

• Clothing sizes 00000 – 5 (excluding Singlets)

• Sleep sacks

• Blankets & Swaddles

• Clean Shoes

• Hats

• Costumes

2.2 Clothing Condition

We only accept clothing that is:

• Freshly washed

• In good used condition with plenty of life left

• Odor-free

• We cannot accept items that are damaged, stained, ripped, have pilling, missing buttons, or broken zips.

 

2.3 Exchange Fees

​

To receive your Kiddo Kredits you must pay a small exchange fee before any Kredits will be added to your account. In the case of no payment items will be considered as a donation.

• 5 – 20 ITEMS $15

• 21 – 50 ITEMS $20

• 51 – 75 ITEMS $30

• 75 – 100 ITEMS $35

• 100--120 ITEMS $40​

• For exchanges over 120 items the exchange fee will be accessed by our team on the day of the exchange

Items to donate

• Shoes

• Singlets

• Accessories

• Postpartum supplies

• Toys (very good condition, no damage or missing parts)

• Bulky baby items (please contact us first)

• Unused baby products (nappies, wipes, formula, bottles, toiletries)

Items we do not except

• Underwear & socks

• Damaged toys

• Bibs

• Reusable Nappies

• Opened toiletries

• Stained and/or damaged clothing (if you wouldn’t purchase it don’t bring it in)

2.3 How much you will be credited

​

Once you have paid the exchange fee your items will be then processed within 5 business days. The amount credited is dependant on the items you have exchanged. Our team will then price the exchanged items to which you will receive 60% back in the form of Kiddo Kredits. Kredits will be capped at 300 Kiddo Kredits. Items exchanged above the 300 kredit amount will be considered a donation.​

​3. Redeeming Kiddo Kredits

​

3.1 Use of Credits

• Kiddo Kredits can be used as a discount towards future purchases on selected items on our website or in-store. Please note not all items in store are available to purchase using Kiddo Kredits.

• (shipping costs not included)

• Credits are redeemable in increments of $1 for every 1 Kiddo Kredit.

• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred to other members.

• Credits can be applied at checkout, based on the available balance in your account.

 

3.2 Expiration of Credits

Kiddo Kredits will only expire if your account has not been used for 12 months.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Access and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Kiddo Kredits account and password. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately to avoid potential misuse.

 

4.2 Account Updates

Members are responsible for keeping their account details up to date, including contact information, mailing address, and email. Kiddo is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

 

5. Program Changes and Termination

5.1 Right to Modify or Terminate

Kiddo’s Kloset reserves the right to modify or terminate the Kiddo Kredits Loyalty Program, including but not limited to:

• Adjusting the rate at which credits are earned or redeemed.

• Changing the expiration period of credits.

• Adding, removing, or altering eligibility requirements.

• Discontinuing the Program altogether.

In the event of a significant change or termination, we will provide prior notice to members via email or on the website.

 

5.2 Disqualification

Kiddo reserves the right to disqualify any member from the Kiddo Kredits Loyalty Program for:

• Fraudulent activity or attempting to misuse the Program.

• Violating the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

• Engaging in conduct that negatively impacts the integrity or reputation of Kiddo.

Disqualified members will forfeit any accumulated credits, and no refunds will be issued.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy. Personal information collected as part of the Kiddo Kredits Loyalty Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiddo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses resulting from participation in the Kiddo Kredits Loyalty Program, including but not limited to the use of credits, the trading of second-hand baby clothes, or any technical issues related to the website or the Program.

 

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising from or related to the Kiddo Kredits Loyalty Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
